Our goal is to offer good health, a lifestyle free of physical and emotional stress, peace of mind and renewed vitality through the practice of Tai Chi Chuan Snake Style. Classes are structured so students receive individual instruction, as well as group practice. Each student progresses at their own pace and the exercise is customized to fit each individual’s physical needs. For the serious student, it can become the driving force behind personal health, physical fitness (incl. self-defense skills).
